Training program includes both diet and exercise. Nutrition is key for success in bodybuilding and for reducing body fats. Age requirement is 13 - 65 years.
The program includes:

  • Intermediate Workout Plan 
  • Advanced Intermediate Workout Plan 
  • Advanced Workout Plan
